I’ve been cooking for almost 10 years.
My passion for cooking began at a young age when my mom would take me to cooking classes at our local grocery stores. With no formal training besides the occasional cooking class, I picked up a few tricks and inspirations as a travel consultant, dining out every weekday night with an expense account. Through trial and error, observation of ingredients playing with one another, and trial & error, I modify or write most of the recipes I cook up.
I started my cooking channels after moving from the big city to rural Montana, where restaurants are few and far between. Gone are the days of having any worldly cuisine within the grasp of my city limits. If I have a craving, it’s up to me to determine how to satiate the hunger. Come along as I
